A curving oak staircase takes you up to the first level and living area. This is a spectacular, stylish living space with a balcony overlooking lake and fields and featuring a mezzanine floor high above in the oak beams.
An open plan modern kitchen with flagstone tiles and dining area merge with comfortable sofas and armchairs on polished wooden floors to create a lovely light space for dining, relaxing or watching TV/DVDs.
The living area extends onto the balcony overlooking the lake. Table and chairs allow you to enjoy breakfast in the morning sunshine or watch the sun go down with an aperitif in the evening.
Two large carpeted double bedrooms are also on this level, each with a view. The two big windows in the green bedroom overlook the formal parterre. Or draw back the silk curtains and shutters of the yellow bedroom to look over the outer courtyard and fields. Both rooms feature sleigh beds and solid wood furniture. Large, light shower room/toilets are en suite.
A flight of wooden stairs take you up to the top level, featuring a mezzanine gallery and a generous sized bedroom with four large single beds. Another TV and DVD player and a further shower room and toilet complete this oak beamed additional living space.
Modern kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, two TVs and DVD players. Gas central heating, broadband internet.
Baloubet sleeps up to eight guests: two en suite double bedrooms and one bedroom with four single beds with toilet and shower. Cot and baby equipment available if required.
